My name is Happyfische. I am 25 years old, male.

I love to surf, watch movies. I especially love playing utopia(online internet game http://games.swirve.com/utopia ). :D

I have worked as a former web developer and sales consultant for a software company. I love the idea of the internet and doing business through it.

I am also very much interested in mobile phones and sci-fi fiction. Ive got tons of ebooks and you can pm me to request for some titles if i have them :P

anyways, I started CallCenterFocus because I believe in the potential of the business. I hope you guys can all help me out to get things started and rolling here to make our small community :P
