hey guys.. good day.. i just want to ask about my options.. i'm a newbie here and i'm really interested about getting a career in the call center biz.. i'm a college undergrad.. i took nursing for 3 yrs. and i stopped.. financial reasons.. i took up this short course in informatics called call center course.. it covered communication skills.. now i'm on my way to applying for a job.. what company do i have to apply to with my limited capabilities.. what would be my best options for an entry level job?! i'm seriously needing your help guys.. thanks..

Jobhunting in call center jobs is like any ordinary jobhunting. It is a numbers game. Apply everywhere and you are bound to get accepted in at least one. Just try to avoid those new sounding call centers that focus mainly on telemarketing and rely on those that have an international presence.

I am currently working on an ebook currently that will contain every information and tips possible for people looking for a job in call centers.
