Last year we have provided the list of call center companies that provides excellent training, as Training Magazine announced the 2015 winners we have updated our list and included the ranking from the previous year.

Comparing from last year’s data, it shows that 2 new companies have entered the list namely NIIT and Tata Consultancy while Aditya Birla Minacs and Allied International Credit was dropped from the list.

Training is not limited to new hire training, in this industry where products and policies could change on a daily basis. Tenured employees are also given training since it can strengthen your skills and could address various employee weaknesses like high AHT or low CSAT scores.
