Must Watch: An Australian Contacts BPO in Tagalog


Remember the guy who ordered "manok ng kaligayan"(chicken joy) in Jollibee? He's back this time he contacts a call center in Manila speaking in fluent Filipino language. See the description below from his Youtube channel.

    Caller: Filipino ka ba?
    Me: Yes sir!
    Caller: Are you allowed to speak in tagalog?
    Me: Hindi e.
    (Awkward Silence)

  2. We are allowed to speak in tagalog if tbe customer would start talking to us that way.. :-)

  3. in our company we allow the costumers to speak in tagalog but we are not allowed to converse with them in vernacular.
